Your Wedding Agreement

General information

It is our policy to secure only the best providers of services and products for the prices listed herein for our Clients, however, should a situation arise in which the product or service did not meet our Clients’ expectation, then such disputes shall be handled between Clients and vendors only. TobagoWI.com does agree however, to act as an intermediary between client and vendor, and to show proof of contract to both parties of services contracted for use by either party.
To protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances, we advise you to purchase wedding insurance for cancellations through your insurance agent.
TobagoWI.com may use any photographs or videos or portions thereof for the purpose of advertising or using as a referral on our web site, or any other web site in which we own the domain for the sole purpose of marketing for new Clients. Clients who do not wish to have TobagoWI.com to use such materials for publication on our web site or other printed material should so advise us.
Such requests from our Clients will be honored.

Wedding Services Agreement

All services must be reserved no later than 45 days prior to the event. If reservations are confirmed less than 45 days from the date of the event, TobagoWI.com cannot guarantee such reservations unless specifically stated.
Cancellations received thirty (30) days prior to the event, for whatever reason, shall incur a 50% cancellation fee. In some cases, certain hotels or other vendors may have other cancellation policies and those policies shall apply.
Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the event will incur the entire anticipated amount for the event. Full payment must be made no later than 31 days prior to the event.
All requests for services made less than 31 days prior to the event must be paid for in full.
For deposits or payments made to outside vendors such as photographers, cinematographers, wedding site fees, hotels, rental cars, airfares, musicians, bakers, caterers, party supply companies, performers, interpreters, ministers, florists, or any other vendor not named herein but contracted to perform a service for your venue, their cancellation policies shall apply.

Photographs and Videos
C:	Clients agree to pay expenses to deliver finished products such as videos, photographs, etc. where applicable. This will occur when the processing time exceeds the time that you have in Tobago, i.e. if you will be gone before the photographs or video are ready and need these items delivered to you after leaving Tobago.

D:	Prices for photographic services do not include the negatives. These are not normally sold. Separate negotiations will have to be entered into, if you desire to purchase the negatives. All copyrights remain the property of the photographer.

Miscellaneous

Clients have agreed to allow TobagoWI.com to act as their agent in securing vendors services or products.
The Client agrees to hold TobagoWI.com harmless of any liability resulting from services or products provided or specified herein, but not limited thereto.
International Clients agree that should any long distance calls exceed 1% of their total wedding service agreement , then the client hereby agrees to pay for these additional costs.
We can be easily contacted through the Internet and therefore recommended that follow-ups be done through email to save you any added expenses.

Payment Terms

Payment for all services rendered by TobagoWI.com shall be paid by money order, cashier's or certified cheques or approved credit cards in US Funds. Payments via credit cards will be processed immediately.
Payments shall be subject to verification prior to rendering services.
No personal cheques will be accepted for payment for the last payment due.
Payments not received by the due date as indicated shall constitute a breach of this agreement, thus TobagoWI.com has the right to cancel this agreement at anytime without recourse and without refund.
All late payments shall be charged a late fee of 10% of the amount due.

Credit Card Terms

CREDIT CARD FRAUD:
By using our services, you hereby agree not to report as lost or stolen any credit card which you have used in conjunction with payment to or authorized any charge by TobagoWI.com for any goods or services, unless you have good reason to believe that the card is in fact, lost, stolen.
You also agree to be liable to TobagoWI.com for liquidated damages of $25,000.00 US if any fraudulent reporting of a lost or stolen credit card used to obtain goods or services from TobagoWI.com, or any fraudulent reporting of an unauthorized charge by TobagoWI.com is made by you or anyone under your authority, at a time when an obligation for payment to TobagoWI.com remains outstanding.
The liability for liquidated damages specified in this paragraph shall not limit any other liability you may have for breach (es) of any other terms, conditions, promises and warranties set forth in this agreement.

This agreement is non-transferable.
